Local 208 End of Year Reminders - (12/9/2019)

Dear members:

As 2019 ends there are a few reminders for the end of the year and new year. 

1. Watch for our annual Telefitter newsletter it should arrive by the end of the year in your mail box and we will put it up on the website

2. I know around the holidays the last thing on people’s mind is their dues, however, we wanted to remind you that if you are only paid through September 2019, you are so close to getting the $50.00 reinstatement fee, please call the hall, stop by, or pay online, you only need to pay $31.00 to get through the holidays, then you can catch up in January!!

3. Mid-January 2020, you will receive by mail, email and on our website, my letter with special call meeting(s) announcements/dates, as well as dates for events that will be happening at the hall in 2020

4. Local 208’s front office makes every effort to reach all our members and with today’s technology the fastest and easiest way is through email and text. Some of our members prefer not to give out their email address or cell numbers and for those members, we send out information through regular mail but please remember everyone can go to our website to get all the information that is sent out from our office.  We try very hard to keep information updated.

5. You now can pay our dues online and with the QR code on your dues card, please call the hall, we will be happy to send you the information.  Our website also has a link to pay your dues.

6. The following Dates below are when the front office will be closed for Christmas and New Year’s, so please call, or come in and pay your dues before any late fees are assessed.

Tuesday, December 24, 2019, Christmas Eve, the front office is closed

Wednesday, December 25, 2019 Christmas Day, the office is closed

Wednesday, January 1, 2020 – New Year’s Day, the office is closed
