Has Your HRA Card Expired? - (7/27/2018)

Dear Members:

I wanted to reach out to our members who have HRA accounts and inform them that 25 days prior to the expiration date on your Green HRA card you and your family will be receiving a new HRA card.

1.  Please check your HRA card and if your card has an expiration for this year, you will be receiving a new HRA card in the mail and you need to look for a plain white envelope that Cigna will send out.
2.  If your card has already expired and you have NOT received the new Green HRA card in the mail, please call the fund office at 1-800-257- 2168 option 4 and request a new HRA card.
3.   Please remember that it can takes up to 5-10 days to receive your new card. After the 10 day waiting period if you have not received your card, please call the fund office.
